Good for Light Work & Rehab

I normally use the Movement Band for stretching and warmups. I also started using the Movement Band for rehab due to an injury. It gives the perfect amount of tension to continue to work the injured area on the body without pain.

I Love These Bands

Great learning tool !!!

I’m referred to as the “Hurdle Mechanic of Georgia”. Since purchasing the the Movement Band, I’ve used it to improve my sprinters arm mechanics as well as teaching “force application” by using the band to allow the runner to lean forward in sprint position while repeatedly snapping their Lead leg.

One band is helping my athletes maintain balance and coordination by providing feedback while doing drills. Love the product!
