Must Have Bands, Highly Recommend

I got 2 green and 2 red and tried different upper and lower body exercises and was surprised how versatile these bands are in terms of providing resistance within a full range of motion or movement. Unlike other bands, these allow you to do more exercises with less. You can transition into different positions easily. I definitely will be buying more...just looking to see if two8Bandz will have stronger ones for heavier trainings. Also, I have been following one of the trainers for years in track and field and believe that he will only endorse a product that he thinks make sense and is practical for everyone.

I am an amputee and I found so much beneficial to use both the red and green bands to work on my strength and mobility. I can adjust the bandz to my prosthetic or without prosthetic very easly and in a comfortable way.
