This series is designed to help you become a better athlete by coaching you through the drills to develop the skills that pay the bills. There is no off-season. There is only the season and the GET READY season. The Two8 Band makes it a way of life to be ALWAYS ON, safely. These workouts are designed so you can double or triple them up, stack different ones back-to-back, or jump right in and get a quick energy boost whenever you can within the cracks of everyday life. Coach the Drill, Master the Skill, Pay the Bills
Each 8-minute session follows a simple but powerful plan: Coach the drill, master the skill, pay the bills (otherwise known as putting the work in). Here’s how it works:
1. Coach the Drill: We show you how to do the movement step-by-step, using your Two8 Bands in the most effective ways possible. Learn how to quickly set up and get to work.
2. Master the Skill: Lock in on the right techniques while avoiding common mistakes. Once you capture the essence of the drill we DO MORE REPS!! Everything you want is on the other side of more good reps.
3. Pay the Bills: Mastering a movement will test you physically and mentally. As your physical stress increases from so many awesome reps, your mind will try to save you. It will start to change the movement so it can move the stress to a different part of the body, or resort to old bad movement patterns because they are familiar. These are reps that count the most as we LOCK IN and make the last few reps the BEST REPS of all.
Why 8 Minutes?
Time can be tight, especially for athletes balancing school, work, family, and training. But here’s the deal: 8 minutes is enough to get real high-level work in, no excuses. You can do one session or stack a few together, whatever fits your schedule. These sessions focus on powerful, effective movement that builds speed, agility, explosiveness, and strength. We keep it simple and focus on what works. The result? You get better without spending hours on long workouts.
